Had a banana bread Larabar before I took C to work.
Breakfast:
-Burnt the crap out of my mouth having this
-Pills
Lunch:
-Pork, broccoli, avocodo
-Applesauce with cinnamon
-Fish oil
Had another larabar and some pb.
Had a banana, larabar and protein shake with creatine after the WOD.
Dinner:
-Rest of the leftovers
-Pills
