Got back at 7:30am and skyped. Had a pumpkin poptart and spiced cider with creatine.
Felt so awkward cause they asked me what I was eating and I had to tell them it was a poptart. Ugh, so embarrassing but I didn't have time for anything and I knew I'd be skyping for at least two hours. Had a kiwi right before I logged on.
I had a banana and some cashews once I got off Skype.
Lunch:
Two cans tuna with guacamole and pickles
Didn't eat all of it so I'll save it for a snack later.
Snack before class:
Tuna, cashews and a date
Had a banana after class.
Dinner:
Eggs, hash, black beans, bacon and guac
Not going back to strict paleo. C talked me out of it. Thanks C. Realized that it made me super logy (?) when I would lift and I didn't have the best energy. I haven't had any episodes of that since adding in rice and potatoes and the occasional goodie. The main reason I wanted to do another strict month of paleo was to clear up my face. I guess I've lived with it for long enough so whatevs. Maybe it will finally go away in my 30s. So frustrating.
Anyways, had some chocolate chips after cause I was feeling bad for myself after thinking about my "adult acne."
