Day Eighty Four 11/3/13

Had a coconut bar when I woke up.

Breakfast:
1/4 cup steel cut oats with banana chips and raspberries
Spiced cider with creatine 

After out WOD, I had one of these bad boys. 

Delicious. Haven't had a real protein bar in at least eighty four days. I miss having them as a snack or right after a workout. Gonna look into rice crips to see if I could make something of this sort.

Lunch:
Greek mango yogurt
Two slices pepperoni
Leftover tortilini with pepperoni 

Once again, first Greek yogurt in at least eighty four days. It tasted so sugary but delicious. I really like Greek yogurt and it's health benefits but it has so much sugar. I guess so does fruit but when I see the sugar content on the side of the package it freaks me out. I will probably start adding this back in as long as it doesn't make me feel too sick. I don't feel great right now but I'm on about fifty different Vegas and had a lot of non paleo things today so I'm not sure what's affecting me. 

Had some scoops of coco pb because my mouth tasted like throw up. Then a handful of C's kale chips. Good job C! They are delicious! Didn't want to eat more than a handful cause I knew we would be having dinner soon.


Made some cashew butter tonight.


It may look like poop. But it's good. Our food processor is on the outs so it wouldn't grind it all the way but it's still good. I also added some scoop of almonds to make it a bigger batch.

Dinner:

Had some coconut ice cream while watching house hunters:

Thought the night was over but apple chips and kettle corn came out. And stomach happened. Of course. Weekday cleanse coming tomorrow. If I didn't have cheats during the weekends I'd be great.
