Day Eighty Three 11/2/13

Before our WOD, I had a kiwi, some coconut cashews and sweet potatoes.

After our WOD, I had the rest of my leftover carnitas bowl. C also gave me some of his since I could eat and he couldn't. Poor baby boy. Someone should really look up how to stomach food for him after a WOD. 

I also had two coconut creme pie bars. Meal times are all screwed up now on Saturdays. That's okay though. 

Dinner: 
Burger with half an avocado
Peppers and onions

Had my creatine mixed in a small glass of cider before dinner.


Had some of this after dinner. It was so good. I've made this type of ice cream before but without sugar so it was gross. I'm gonna try some new paleo ice cream recipes when this is gone. Also had some scoops of maple butter after.

Have you ever been to a Trader Joe's, B? You would love it if you haven't. Everything is preservative free and there's so many options. Vegan, soy free, organic. The options are endless! You would like this ice cream cause it's vegan, soy free and has no artificial ingredients or preservatives. Maybe instead of buying your Ben and Jerry's and throwing it away you could get something like this and eating it in portions!!
