Day 113: 12/2/13

Breakfast:
Trader joes maple cluster cereal and grapes 

Almost puked during this. I have some weird aversion to maple cereal. This happened before when I had maple frosted mini wheats. Maple is one of my favorite flavors but for some reason I hate it in cereal. 

Had a few more grapes around 10am cause I thought I was going to die. I had a really bad food day today. Did not get nearly enough calories but you'll see soon.

Had the rest of the chicken salad (which was only a few spoonfuls) and then I took off to do errands. I was behind schedule cause I facetimed Nicole and did not plan around it. I grabbed a mojo bar for the car ride. I had an apple at some point before I left I just realized.

Got home at 4pm and was starving. Literally shaking while I made myself some tuna. 

Had a few scoops of coco pb after. Wanted to eat a banana but I felt so crappy and didn't want to mess with my mind and eat one close to class and think I was gonna puke it up. 

Ate a banana after class and a protein shake with creatine.

Dinner:
Pork, sweet potatoes, broccoli and half an avocado
