Lunch:
Pulled pork with sweet potatoes
Got home and had a mango Greek yogurt and the rest of the minestrone soup. Can't remember what else I ate before class but I could guess it was some coco pb.
After class, I had an apple and protein shake with creatine.
Dinner:
Pork belly with brown rice and asparagus. I must have been so hungry that I forgot to take a pic.
After I had a pack of the beef jerky from C's work and a scoop of vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips. So good.
