1/4 cup steel cut oats with cinnamon and banana chips
Had a scoop of coco pb before I went grocery shopping.
Lunch:
Pork, broccoli and half an avocado
Had a mojo bar around 3:30pm. Wasn't hungry, just wanted some chocolate and to snack.
Snacked on some sweet potatoes fresh out of the oven before class.
After class, I had my protein shake with creatine and carbs.
Lazy after class. Had a banana and some coco pb.
