Day three of feeling like crap. Not sure why I've had an upset stomach each morning. I thought maybe it was my body just throwing a fit for thanksgiving food last week but it seems like that shouldn't effect me this week. Who knows.
Grabbed a mojo bar for the car ride. Came home and had some bacon anddddd hmmm can't even remember. My stomach hurt so I didn't eat a lot.
Had some tuna for lunch with an apple.
Had some dried mango, coco pb, coconut chia pudding and the rest of my tuna later on.
Went to class not feeling great. Had a banana after. Felt better.
