Wasn't feeling breakfast at all this morning. Eggs everyday are getting boring. Tried to make scrambled eggs but I forgot how much I hate them. So I basically only ate half of this:
Two eggs with zucchini and salsa
Fruit
Sweet potatoes
Ugh still not feeling food today. Made myself a coconut smoothie before I went grocery shopping. Used coconut milk and mixed frozen fruit. It was actually pretty good and I will definitely make it again. I squeezed a tiny amount of honey in last minute thinking it wouldn't be sweet enough but I will definitely nix that next time because I didn't like it.

Chicken salad with spinach and romaine
Carrots, cukes, peppers
EVOO + balsamic vinegar
Watermelon and cantaloupe
I have FINALLY found a chicken I like! I am disgusted by chicken (and always have been) along with most other meats. This chicken from Trader Joes is already cooked and individually packaged. I don't plan on eating it plain in the future (because I don't like chicken plain) but it works perfect for salads.
By the way, I'm eating my lunch while listening to Ben Greenfields podcast. Thanks, B! However, now I really want to go get bloodwork done to test everything. Also, I wish I was gentically made to get blocky abs. And how am I suppose to know my body type to see if those ab workouts will work for me? I did 100 sit ups/15 V sit ups last night during Breaking Bad. Gonna try to do 100 sit ups a night when we are home watching tv. In now way will I be doing 1000 crunches like Britany though. That's just whack!!

Since I didn't eat meat a lot (and was a vegetarian for a year) I can definitely tell the difference in the meats I buy. I will no longer eat anything not grassfed/organic. Obviously if I am out at a restaurant I won't always have the choice but I will try to stay as fresh and pure as possible.

$100 order just placed on body building. Yikes. C really likes to give me a heart attack. Finally getting our fish oil. Hopefully it gets here with our foam roller.
