Day Two: 8/13/13

Day Two- Yikes!!

Always crave something right after lunch and dinner. Otherwise, it hasn't been too hard. I plan on buying some blanched almond flour this week so I can make some paleo treats to satisfy these cravings. 

Breakfast: 8:45am
Two eggs mixed with spinach
Sweet potatoes with cinnamon and nutmeg 
Side of peaches and grapes 
Creatine 


Lunch: 1pm
Tuna salad mixed with celery, and balsamic vinegarette/olive oil
Mango and celery on the side
(Shout out to Bensie for the water glass!!)


Had some almonds, sunflower seeds, and dried fruit for a snack between lunch and dinner.

Dinner: 6:30pm
Mustard lime chicken with green beans and fruit


Clyde made me cook him a side of potatoes while he played games on his phone. Cruel, just so cruel. Then proceeded to tell me how good they were going to be.

Snack before bed
