Day Seven: 8/18/13

Anniversary day!

Breakfast: 9:30am
Two eggs with guac and two pieces pepperoni 
Carrots and peppers
Fruit 
Creatine


Snack at the gym around 1: 
Cherry pie larabar. This tasted just like the inside of a cherry pie. Probably my least favorite so far which I knew it would be but still very good.

Lunch: 2:30pm
Lamb burger with squash and zucchini
Half an avocado 
Watermelon, mango and cantaloupe 

Been feeling pretty logy (is the right?) today. Clyde thinks I need to up my caloric intake which I definitely agree. It's hard to up more vegetables though because I'm stuck pretty much on squash and zucchini since it's easy to make. Also, I don't like making them in advance because they get mushy. Meh.

Dinner: 6pm
Chili verde - pork, onions, garlic, poblano peppers, tomatillos, jalapeño, and spices 
Zucchini  
Fruit 

Sweet potatoes and bacon are in the oven prepping for tomorrow! 

Man cravings suck! I had some dried fruit and two pieces each of my mini cocoroons. I told C I wanted a chip and he said, "No they aren't even good." Just remember he is saying this as he is pouring the bag in his mouth while licking his fingers. It is also the bag of chips that MY BEST FRIEND mailed me. Ugh. Three more weeks.
