I also ate a kiwi when I got home from dropping C off at the bart. It was delish. I could barley get the one egg down today. I will be doing pancakes tomorrow and Friday. Let's hope they turn out good!
Like I said, I didn't eat lunch today. Just wasn't feeling it. I had a pecan pie larabar and coconut smoothie before I walked to Whole Foods. I know I should have ate but didn't think I could force a meal down.

I'm so excited to try all of these!! Well spoiler alert, I tried the applesauce for dinner. But the apple chips will be good for me to munch on when C is just downing chips and candy at night. The coconut oil is mostly for the upcoming baking items I'm going to make. I've really come around on coconut. Used to think it tasted and smelled like sun tan lotion (which sometimes I still think it does) but it is definitely tasting more and more like a treat to me. Also excited to try my new flavor of cocoroons! Cocao dibs!!!! I'm hoping they taste like a chocolate chip cookie. We shall see!
And now, my first oops of the paleo blog- forgot to take a picture of dinner!! It's because C and I were FaceTimeing B so that threw me. I was also so hungry that I didn't even stop and think before I dug in!! Sorry! But I had...

Glass of applesauce with cinnamon (YUM! This is going to be another great treat for me! It also has less sugar than the dried fruit I was eating so it's perfect!)

I've been trying to eat less fruit with each meal. I'm not going to limit myself on it at all if I want it but I'm consciously trying to lessen it at each meal. Oh, of course this reminds me that I did eat a peach before I left to pick up C. Nice work M, nice work.
Also, received our foam roller today after I went on a scavenger hunt for it. I hate our postal service and building. They make packages so difficult!! Still waiting on our body building order. Got three packages of fish oil in it (buy two get one free so why not). So yeah, excited for that.
C is rolling out now getting ready for class. I better get rolling too. M out.
