Breakfast: 8:45am
3 eggs
Zucchini, squash, pepper, and onions
Strawberries & cantaloupe (from the market=best thing ever)
Snack: 1pm
I was so full from breakfast I didn't think I'd ever eat again. I made myself eat some cucumbers and celery before I walked to Whole Foods.
Lunch: 2:15pm
Tuna in lettuce wraps- I used two cans of tuna and mixed it with a little guacamole and celery seed. It was pretty good but I was still pretty full so I didn't finish the tuna. Will make a great leftover for tomorrow!
Snack: 4pm
I was starting to get hungry since I didn't finish my whole lunch. I had a few slices of cantaloupe with a small amount of almonds and sunflower seeds.
Dinner: 6:15pm
Chicken salad with apples, peaches, celery, peppers, cucumbers and sunflower seeds. The dressing was olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Had class at 8:15pm. Right after, I enjoyed some strawberries and cantaloupe. Also had some sweet potatoes baked with olive oil, cinnamon and nutmeg- my favorite way to eat them!
