One egg with avocado and bacon

Lunch: 1pm
Salad with 4oz chicken
2 slices pepperoni
Carrots and cukes
Balsamic vinegar and EVOO
Fruit
Snack: Had half a larabar before lunch and half sometime after. Had the cashew cookie. Definitely my least favorite so far because it wasn't as sweet as the others. I was hoping it would taste like an actual cookie.
Thinking of making my first paleo treat tomorrow. Bought almond meal finally. Thinking of going with carrot cake. We shall see. Also made a coconut smoothie. So good. I think I will forever make my smoothies like this. They get so creamy and thick that its like an ice cream shake or something. Also, I hate using fruit juice since it just adds more sugar. Go coconuts!
Dinner: 7:15pm

This was a good meal day. Also ate a nice sweet kiwi after the gym before dinner. It was delicious!!
