The pancakes were okay, kind of boring but oh well. They also fell apart a lot so I will make smaller ones next time. The blueberries didn't work as well as I thought either.
Breakfast: 9am
Blueberry pancakes
3 slices bacon
Creatine
No I didn't eat all of them. Only ended up eating probably one-two cause they fell apart. The syrup is 100% organic maple syrup. I used a dash of it and ended up not even really needing it. I'm excited to do the other pancake recipes I've found with good ratings when I get all the ingredients.
Lunch time: 1pm Yum!
4oz chicken breast salad with celery, cukes, carrots and two slices pepperoni
1/4 tbsp EVOO 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Pear - I ended up cutting the skin off half way through. I don't know why I ever leave it on when I don't like it.
Tried my first cocoa nib flavor. It was pretty good. It was a tiny bit dry so I will probably alternate flavors. I think I like vanilla maple the best. They are all good and do the trick though. I was reading about how if you crave sweets after a me you are pyschologicaly addicted (which I knew I was). Even after the best meal ever I will still feel that I want some sort of sweet dessert. Fruit helps but it's not always the end all of my cravings. It's frustrating.
Had a handful of raisins and a banana bread larabar before picking up Clyde. Headed to the track to do some sprint work after.
Dinner: 7:45pm
Pork with guac mixed in
Green beans, squash, zucchini
Peach and mango
Some cukes and carrots
Now here is Clyde's dinner:
Taunting me with that cheesy pork quesadilla. Note the show we are about to start in the background.
No bedtime snacks for me! Woohoo!!!! Also excited to start my fish oil tomorrow! This puppy was just waiting for us when we got home!
