Breakfast: 9:30am
Two eggs
Carrots, cukes, peppers
Cantaloupe and grapes
Did not get a formal lunch in. Had a banana bread Larabar which I highly recommend for strict Paleo. It had the taste of banana bread so it helped with any sort or grain/bread craving. C proceeded to eat a pork sandwich and cookies from Kevin in front of me. I forgive him.
Had a fruit bowl on the ride home as some almonds, sunflower seeds, and cashews.
Dinner: 5:45pm
Ate two pieces of pepperoni while Clyde made dinner.
Lamb burger made with Dijon, lemon zest, spinach, salt&pepper. Was delicious!! Never had lamb but definitely a nice change to our meals. Topped it with avocado and zucchini on the side.
Mango, watermelon and cantaloupe
