Day Four: 8/15/13

Best meal day so far! Sore from Murph too.

Breakfast: 8:45am
Sweet potato hash from yesterday 
Grapes
Creatine

Lunch:12pm
Pork mixed with zucchini and half an avocado. YUM!!!!! 

Snack: Walked to Whole Foods and picked up these bad boys. I saw them on one of the Paleo instagrams I follow and thought they would be perfect to satisfy cravings.

Also bought some more Larabars. Disclaimer: check ingredients before buying anything (cough Ben). Even if you think it is definitely paleo, it may not be! 

Dinner: 7:15pm
Burger with bacon
Zucchini, squash, pepper

For a snack before bed, I had one cocoroon of each flavor and some dried fruit. I usually snack on celery though out the day as well but don't take pictures of it. The organic is very salty to me but it is still tasty. That's all for now.
