Day Fifty Eight 10/8/13

Breakfast: 8:30am
Eggs, sweet potatoes, ham and broccoli mash
Spiced cider with creatine 

Lunch: 12pm
Leftovers from last nights crockpot dish
Ribs with pineapple
Quinoa and sweet potatoes

One cookie and some dried fruit after. Also, small bowl of applesauce and cinnamon to finish the jar.

Had so many things around 3:30pm because I was so nervous I wouldn't have enough energy for murph. I had a banana, a kiwi, a date, some dried fruit and a bunch of scoops of sunbutter.

As soon as we got home from class, I had a protein shake with almond milk, two dates and two scoops of sunbutter.

Dinner: 8pm
Eggs, sweet potatoes, quinoa and ham mash
Some beans

Two pieces dried fruit after. Done.
