Breakfast: 8:30am
Steel cut oats with cinnamon and banana chips
Glass of spiced cider with creatine
Lunch: 12:45pm
Hash, egg, ham and broccoli mash
Didn't use the salsa
Had some dried fruit and a paleo cookie after.
Before class I had a few scoops coco pb. Then, this- apple with sunbutter
After class I had two paleo cookies.
Dinner: 7:45pm
Half a quesadilla
Chicken, beans, cheese and salsa
Pineapple
So I failed as a housewife. We have noooo food. Had to make a quesadilla with any food we had. Plus, we only had one wrap left so we could only have half of one. Yikes. No eggs. No milk. No avocados. Nothing. Ugh. Lots of shopping tomorrow. Cannot wait to get our car back.
