Day Fifty Three: 10/3/13

Breakfast: 8:30am
Hash, eggs, ham and salsa mix
Spiced cider with creatine
Didn't drink the leftover coffe from C

Lunch: 12:30pm
Leftover Brazilian chicken curry with rice 

Didn't eat too much of that. Had some pineapple and scoops of coco pb after. Planning on grabbing a date or two now.

Had some dried fruit and a cup of unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon.

Dinner: 6:15pm
Burger with broccoli and sweet potatoe tots

Made paleo pumpkin chocolate chip cookies. C thinks it's annoying that I keep saying they are paleo choc chips so just assume yes from now on. 

They are really small. Had three of them while making them (have to make sure they are okay).

They are small!! I swear. Ate them while watching the girls crossfit games. Had a very small amount of apple chips to finish the bag up.
