Tuna with half an avocado, celery seed and paleo pickles
Side of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots
Hmmm hate when I don't write in my blog until after class.
I had the rest of my tuna at 4pm. Had some dates beforehand also. Oh, and snacked on a few sweet potatoes when they came out of the oven. That's it, I swear.
After our WOD, I had some cantaloupe and coconut cashews. They are super delicious. C bought them at Trader Joes last time we went. They have sugar in them though so I plan on making my own after this bag is gone. I also want to start experimenting with my own nut butters. My first will definitely be with cashews since they are my favorite nut. Justin's is just way too expensive.
Okay back to the food blog.
Dinner:
Chicken sausage with peppers and onions
The avocado was rock hard so I didn't use it. I put some mustard on the sausage.
Made apple fig butter today. Blended it all up after 8 hours in the crock pot. Fridged for the night. Can't wait for it tomorrow!
