Breakfast:
Two eggs with quinoa
Bacon
Spiced cider with creatine
Lunch: 12pm
Chicken, black beans, peppers and onions
Ugh didn't know what to eat. Snacked on some beef jerky, dried fruit and coconut creme pie balls before class.
Had some sets somewhere in there too.
Had handful after handful of cashews when we got home from class. They are just so good. I really can't start eating them or I can't stop. Then I had some of Clyde's maple almond butter. And thennnn I had a scoop or two of sunbutter. Just doesn't get better then fifty kinds of nut butters!!
Dinner:
Two slices of our fave pizza while watching homeland.
