Sooooo tired today. Can barley keep my eyes open.
Had a bowl of applesauce with cinnamon around 10:30am while reading over all my geico paperwork.
Lunch: 12pm
Salmon with orzo pasta, spinach & zucchini
Bought C some maple almond butter to go for his desk at work.
How do I get the jar to be less goopy? I tried stirring it but it's so messy. I had a scoop of that and a scoop of sunbutter. Some dried fruit too. Going to make my copycat Reese's puff cereal (paleo) now.
Yuck. The cereal falls apart and is burnt. Just don't like it. Very disappointed. Maybe putting them in some almond milk tomorrow will be better but I doubt it.
I've been hungry all day. It's been kind of annoying.
Dinner: 6pm

Ate the whole thing. It was yummy. Got to eat in the living room while watching the A's game. Yippie.
Had some paleo choc chips after. Kind of wandered around thinking about what I wanted. Decided on a chocolate mug cake. Probably because it was the first one person paleo thing I found. And it was on paleOMG's website and I trust her.
It grew so much!! Saved some of it for tomorrow. It was really good though.
I told C I was making this and he said, "Is it paleo?"
Seriously C? Have I made anything not paleo in the last 60 days? Absoulety not. I may buy us some non perfect paleo store bought things but I won't make/bake any. Come on. This is a lifestyle now.
