Breakfast:
Organic pumpkin poptart and a glass of spiced cider
Ate this in bed real quick while I caught up on my social media. Then hopped out to the kitchen to start my Brazilian curry chicken crockpot dish.
Had a late lunch around 2.
Filet of sole with spinach and butter beans
This was okay. Nothing special. I didn't eat the butter beans. I had one and it wasn't spectacular so I stopped. Also had a side of rice with it. I don't know why it's not in the pic.
Oh here we go
Then I was all nervous for class so I had a banana, some scoops of pb and a coconut creme pie ball. Didn't know what to do eat before our workout. Ended up being starving during it.
Dinner: 7:45pm
Brazilian curry chicken
This dish was pretty bland. It definitely needs some sugar. Put some chili sauce on it and it was good. Forgot to put avocado in it. Will do that for lunch tomorrow. After I had some dried fruit, 2 dates and some coco pb. Also made a glass of water with creatine since I forgot it this morning.
