Steel cut oats with cinnamon and banana chips

Lunch: 1pm
Two eggs, ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli and half an avocado
Two scoops coco pb, two cookies and a piece of dried fruit.
Bowl of applesauce and cinnamon before class.
Dinner: 8pm
Ribs with pineapple and quinoa
Made a rib crockpot dish for tonight. It was ribs, paprika, salt, honey, Dijon mustard and pineapple. It was pretty good. Glad we had it ready since we had to walk home from class.
Made more coconut creme pie Larabars. Added some extra coconut. C really likes them. He usually eats the bar type and I usually eat the ones I roll into balls. I had two of the balls and two pumpkin cookies. Really want more sweets right now but I already brushed my teeth.
