Breakfast:
Kiwi before taking Clyde to bart
One egg with pork and leftovers from yesterday (egg, hash, and beans)
Half an avocado
Spiced cider with creatine
Had a date, some coco pb and a banana. Didn't really feel like eating lunch but I knew I had to. Ugh.
Lunch:
Pork with half an avocado
Cauliflower, broccoli and carrot mix
Sweet potatoes
Pretty much same meal as last night. Really had to choke this down.
Had some coconut cashews and dried fruit. C better hide the coconut cashews from me if he wants any!
Obviously had some coco pb before class.
After class, had some cantaloupe and a banana. When we got home, had a scoop full of coconut cashews while dinner cooked.
Dinner:
Pesto tortilini with ham and bacon
Still wanted a treat after so I made a paleo pumpkin cake. It was GROSS! I didn't want to waste the chocolate chips so I ate those off the top with some sunbutter. Yuck. It left a bad taste in my mouth. Had some coco pb after that.
