Day Fifty Nine 10/9/13

Breakfast: 8:45am
Kiwi
Coconut smoothie with creatine 

Started reading crossfit reddit and paleo reddit and freaked myself out. So far I have rhabado, diabetes, low blood sugar (not from diabetes) and many others. So I ran to the kitchen at 10:30am and had some dried fruit, two dates and two slices pepperoni. That should help me. Also been chugging water nonstop which actually probably is beneficial to me.

Super annoyed we didn't get our car back yesterday so I had to walk to the bank to get quarters for laundry. I need the clothes in the wash for class. Before I left I made some lunch so I wouldn't get "dizzy."

Lunch: 11:45pm
Two cans tuna with half an avocado and celery seed

Saved about a quarter of it for a snack around 3ish. I had some more dried fruit before I left for the bank and Trader Joe's. 

Car is done!! Ate the rest of the tuna and some broccoli before I left to meet Clyde to get it.

Has two coconut creme pie balls before class.

Had this set up prepared for as soon as we got home. Drank my protein shake with almond milk around 7:30pm.

Dinner: 8pm
Burger with half an avocado 
Peppers and onions

Had two dates after dinner.
