Day Forty 9/20/13

Breakfast: 9am
One egg
Four strips bacon
Broccoli
Creatine
No kimchi- if I don't eat it first I always forget and am too full by the end

Had a handful of dried fruit before I ate lunch to get my sweet tooth out of the way. I really wasn't hungry for lunch but I knew I needed to eat something.

Lunch: 1pm
Burger with half an avocado
Peppers and onions
Whole gala apple

Dinner: 6:30pm
Pork with half an avocado 
Asparagus, spinach and kale
Quinoa 
Half glass of pumpkin cider

Had my daily paleo pumpkin muffin with paleo chips and a scoop of sunbutter. Competely out of sunbutter so I must get more tomorrow.
