Day Thirty-one 9/11/13

Day thirty-one. 

Finally got my new shoes!! Bring on the sore calves! 

Banana with my shoes before I took C to the BART.

Breakfast: 8:45am
Tuna with half an avocado (forgot it in the first pic so I took another)
One slice pepperoni 
Sweet potatoes
Pear

Planning on having my creatine with my protein shake after class tonight. Still need to FaceTime about that. 

Getting nervous for Nick to get here. 

Lunch: 12pm
The smallest salad ever! Lots of cukes, carrots, chicken and apple.
Balsamic vinegar and EVOO
Pear and apples
Sweet potatoes 

Ugh so nervous. 

Headache! Had a banana bread larabar and some cashews after I picked up Nick. Three scoops of sunbutter too. 

Dinner: 6:30pm
Burger with half an avocado 
Peppers and onions

Nick went into the city to meet a friend for sushi. 

Had a protein shake with creatine after our WOD. Some apple chips and cashews when we got home. Still has a slight headache but I think it will go away with sleep. Good night.
