Day Twenty-eight: 9/8/13

Had a kiwi and a piece of bacon when I woke up so I wouldn't die of starvation. Then C made me breakfast:

Two egg omelette with chicken, bacon and spinach 
Creatine 
Half an avocado 
Some pineapple before we left for the gym

Ate an apple pie larabar after the gym and two dates. Now it's 2pm and I'm sitting here on the couch being so lazy. I know I want to make pork and broccoli for lunch but I don't feel like moving. We are both exhausted from lifting yesterday and WODs today.

Lunch: 2:45pm
Pork with half an avocado 
Broccoli and green beans
Mango
We both demolished our plates. The mango was out of this world. Got sweet potatoes baking in the oven right now for later.

Had two dates and four scoops of sunbutter sometime in between lunch and dinner.

Dinner: 6pm
Tuna with pickles 
Broccoli and green beans
Two scoops kimchi
Pineapple
Sweet potatoes  

First pumpkin treat of the season. Can't wait to roast my own pumpkins!!

Sugar detox paleo pumpkin cake for one 

So good. The recipe is from paleOMG. She has amazing recipes. I added my chocolate chips on after and they melted on instead of making a chocolate whip for the top. Oh so yummy. 

One more date and a handful of cashews. Can't stop eating.
