Day Twenty-two: 9/2/13

I still can't believe it's September. Time flies when you're having fun!!

Breakfast: 10am
Vanilla bean banana pancakes with berry compote 
Pear
Bacon
Creatine 

Ugh as I'm uploading this at 5:20pm I'm realizing we never eat enough meals on lifting days. We were at the gym for about four hours so no lunch. 

Sooo I drank a protein shake mixed with coconut water on the way home from the gym. It was the pack from EmFits blog. The kind was the protein isolate by Jay Robb. I really enjoyed it and think I would like the chocolate too they just didn't have samples of that kind. It's super expensive so I'll have to weigh my options next time I check it out at whole foods. It might be nice to have some other protein when we do start going to the new box so we will see. 

Had two scoops of kimchi when I got home. Now just waiting to make our filet mignon for dinner! 

Dinner: 6:15pm
Date night!!

Peppers and onions 
Yum!!

Coconut fruit smoothie around 8:30pm
