I used less than a teaspoon of mayo but boy was I wrong to do that. The organic mayo from trader joes is fine except for expelled pressed canola oil. I figured less than a teaspoon would be fine since it really is just to mix the tuna together. I started to look up why canola oil is bad for you and I almost stopped eating my meal. Now I remember when EmFit was talking about rapeseed and how canola oil sucks and it all clicked. Wasn't planning on using the mayo much anyways but now it's all you C.
I also was thinking about how kids stomachs always are growling in school before lunch (mine included). If only those kids were given proper breakfasts instead of cereal and toast. They wouldn't be so hungry before lunch and maybe, just maybe, they would perform better in school. My stomach is never hungry before noon if I eat a proper breakfast. When I was doing the coconut smoothies I was usually hungry by 11 if not earlier. Just something to think about ya know. Like when we have kids and have to feed them. I won't be offering them gallons upon gallons of whole milk but I will be feeding them healthy food to nourish them properly.
I decided to listen to barbell shrugged while I cleaned today. I chose ep 54-5 ways to improve your paleo eating. The woman that is on it is talking about how she improved her paleo diet by adding over 100 more grams of fat and 1500 calories. So now I'm eating a smoothie with some sunbutter on the side. I want to start experimenting with adding spinach and kale to my smoothies. Maybe some nuts as well. But basically this woman is saying that I need to eat all the time. She used to eat one egg a day (like me) and now she eats six. She eats a can of tuna in between breakfast and lunch which is basically what I ate for lunch so... Yeah need to eat more. Once this 30 days is up I am adding lots of things in. Mainly rice for dinner and some oats if needed. Just definitely more carbs.
Had two dates and some apple chips later in the day.
Dinner: we ran to the Off the Grid Food Truck event on Lake Merritt. Only one paleo option which I had already looked up before. By the way, I hear C doing the hot shower to cold shower hot shower to cold shower. This is priceless. He keeps accidentally turning it off when he turns it to cold. Poor boo. Anyways back to dinner. I think we ate around 7:30pm.
Grassfed burger in a lettuce wrap with pickles, red onion, tomato and mustard. The guy called me out as a bold face liar when I said I didn't want a bun. Super awk.

So full when we got home. Ate two dates. Full full full. Lotsssss of stuff to do tomorrow. Still have to fit our lifting in though.
