Breakfast: 9:45am
Ate the rest of Nick's fruit that he left us and a protein shake with creatine
I didn't really want the protein shake but I know we don't have a lot of food left for lunch right now so I wanted some protein. Got a body building order coming tomorrow night with my new protein so I won't have to keep buying sample packs. More creatine and fish oil too.
Lunch: 12:30pm
Finished the eggplant lasagna bomb
Whole pear
Had some dried fruit, nuts and raisins when I got home from my errands.
Ate a few of these apple chips while waiting for C at the bart.
Dinner: 6pm
Spinach torts
Mango
Had some cashews after and a scoop of sunbutter. After our WOD, I came home and ate some scoops of the coconut pb. I keep forgetting I want to look up why I can't have peanuts. I think it's because they are a guy irritant but if they don't bother me than I can eat them. I also ate the rest of the torts and some dried fruit. I'm honestly not hungry I just love to binge after a workout. Whatevs.
Oh yeah, opened this ham to sample after the WOD. So good.
