Had another date at 3:30pm when I got home from the store. Now I'm making paleo pumpkin muffins!
Tried two of these bad boys after they came out. I knew the first one wouldn't be good because it was super hot and pumpkin takes a while to set but I really wanted one. Then I let one cool for five minutes but still not great. Now I'm holding off til later or tomorrow. Hopefully tomorrow.
Had to eat my last official thirty day paleo dinner alone. So sad.
Dinner: 7pm

Peppers and Brussel sprouts
Turns out I don't like Brussel sprouts. Or at least not the way I cooked them. Will have to try the actual recommended suggestion rather than just cooking them up with with peppers in a pan.
Enjoyed a pumpkin muffin with paleo chips on top. Then had another handful of chips on the side. I just remembered I had some cashews while waiting to FaceTime Nicole before lunch. I don't think I wrote that down. If I did, disregard it. Thinking about Having some cashews now too. Thinking. Thinking. Yup. I'm gonna go get a handful. That should cap off my thirty day challenge. I'll be back tomorrow too.
