Breakfast: 9am
One egg
Sweet potatoes
Bacon
Broccoli and green beans
No creatine- I plan on taking that with my protein drink after class tonight
Had a date around 11am. Struggling with if I want to buy them again at the market. They are so good and addictive but they have so much sugar. At least it's a fruit but still. We shall see.
Lunch: 12:15pm
Pork with half an avocodo
Broccoli
Raspberries
Ate a banana bread larabar when I got back from grocery shopping while I talked to grandma on the phone (our actual grandma). Then made myself a coconut smoothie around 4pm. I'm mad at myself because I forgot to use my coupons at Whole Foods. Grrr.
So clif basically stole the paleo bar from larabar. Going to try them though and see how they are.
Lacrosse ball smash on my shoulders. Owwwww. My mobility is not up to par. C showed me how to tell and now I'm obsessed with getting better shoulder mobility. Hope K Starr is one of the first guest speakers we get.
Enjoying three scoops of sunbutter after my smashing.
Dinner: 6:30pm
One egg
Pork
Chicken
Broccoli
Half an avocodo
So full before our class tonight. So full. I couldn't even jump rope because my stomach felt like it was protruding. I don't know how I could possibly fit anymore calories in my body. I know I need to keep shoving them in though.
After class, I had my protein shake with creatine. The chocolate was better this time with cold coconut water but still not amazing. It takes like hot chocolate so it kind of grosses me out. I probably won't buy the chocolate if I do decide to go with this brand. C told me about this website where you create your own protein. They even have paleo ones. I'm sure they have vegetarian ones too. You guys have probably even talked about it before but I'm just behind. It seems like a good idea though.
So when I got home I realllllly wanted a larabar. So I had one. Two in one day. Same flavor too. Banana bread. Oh well. It could be worse. At least it's just all fruit and nuts. Okay. Gonna watch Dexter and go to bed now. Lates. See ya on my last day of my 30 day challenge.
