Day Twenty-seven: 9/7/13

This morning was kind of chaotic for breakfast. So I ate a kiwi, slice of bacon, banana bread larabar (definitely my fav) and two scoops of sunbutter. Then we walked to the post office to pick up C's package. It is soooo hot! Already in the 80s when we walked at 10am. Suppose
to be 91. Ugh! Lifting is going to be super hot! Anyways, I plan on soft boiling some eggs and bringing them to the gym along with my protein shake! Yay!

Omg. I just put up my whole blog and my stupid broken phone closed out when it was saving. And it's all gone. Not happy. This is going to be short now.

Drank my protein shake while lifting and ate some cashews and raisins. 

Lunch: 3:30pm
Two cans of tuna with pickle juice and pickles 
Half an avocado 
Pineapple
Scoop of sunbutter

Dinner: 6pm
Went to Habit Burger after our haircuts
Burger with pickles, onions, tomatoe, mustard in a lettuce wrap
Sweet potato fries
C got a terikyi burger with onion rings an a pomegranate tea 

Back squatting 3x5 at 125lb

Back muscles during kipping toes to bar

Now enjoying my cinnamon apple tea while watching the league and sunny at 7:45pm.

Small coconut smoothie at 8:45pm.
