Day Twenty-one: 9/1/13

EmFits challenge officially ends today. Mine does not. Still going strong though. 

Breakfast: 9:30am
Egg
Bacon
Sweet potatoes 
Kimchi 
Peppers
Strawberries
Creatine 

I'm going to start adding in kimchi to my breakfasts. After researching about my BMs, paleo people suggest adding a kimchi in for bacteria. It's funny because I never liked kimchi before. C eats it all the time but I thought I always hated it. It's funny the tastes of things are so different after cutting out processed foods. 

I had two dates before we embarked on our 4 mile hike in Redwood Regional Park. During the hike, I ate some mixed nuts and raisins.

Lunch: no idea- maybe 2:30ish?
Burger with half an avocado
Peppers and onions
Strawberries  

So yummy!! 

Ate a cookie and some scoops of kimchi around 6:15pm. Still not too hungry for dinner.

Dinner: 7pm
Split a burger with guac with C
Sweet potatoes 
Peppers and onions 
Strawberries 

Now just waiting for all our shows to start. Planning to have a coconut smoothie tonight.
