Day Thirty-Nine 9/19/13

Breakfast: 8:45am
Some ham 
Banana
Kiwi
Three scoops coco pb

Lunch: 12:30pm
Two cans tuna with a whole avocado mixed in
Pickle juice and pickles (paleo)
Celery seed
Whole pear

Had three scoops of coco pb and some apple chips after picking C up around 4:30pm. It's interesting that I didn't have the urge to snack all day. I only did this because we both decided we didn't want to eat dinner that early so we both had a snack. I'm going to chop it up to having a whole avocado and two cans of tuna for lunch.

Dinner: 6:45pm
Burger with half an avocado
Peppers and onions

Snack: 7:45pm
Yikes! C is gonna kill me! Had a small scoop of my peanut butter ice cream I made months ago. It was so worth it. Hoping it doesn't hurt my tummy tomorrow. It will be the moment of truth of truth tomorrow. AHHH! C just asked me what I had! I didn't lie I just omitted the truth. Sorry boo. At least you won't be here in the am if I do get sick. Anyways, I had a small scoop of that with my pumpkin muffin and paleo chips.

I have issues. After my mobility I snacked on some dried fruit, apple chips and a scoop of coco pb. I swear I'm done for the night. Going to work on some pull ups now. Wanted to do some planks and ab work but doubt that will happen.
