Day Thirty-five 9/15/13

Started with a kiwi. Then made paleo buffalo chicken "lasagna." I'll explain what it is at dinner time. Anyways, got that sitting in the crockpot for when we get back from Muir Woods. 

Breakfast: 10:30am
Two eggs
Sweet potatoes
Half an avocado 
Bacon 
Creatine
Strawberries and pineapple

Had a banana bread larabar and some mixed nuts with raisins during the hike.

Dinner: 6pm
Buffalo chicken lasagna bomb 


This has:
Organic chicken 
Baby spinach
Buffalo sauce 
Onions sliced thin
Garlic
Eggplant 

It's all in layers. It's really good.

Had some dried fruit and a date after.

The past two nights I have been promised a froyo night. Both nights, I have been ditched once we got home. Tonight I went alone and got myself a cookies and creme gelato from Whole Foods. It was absoulety delicious. 


Once home, had a paleo pumpkin muff with paleo chips and a scoop on sunbutter. It never ends...
