Day Twenty-three: 9/3/13

One week left.

Ate a kiwi before I left to drop off C.

Breakfast: 9:15am
Egg
Chicken 
Broccoli 
Peppers and onions 

Had some mixed nuts and raisins around 11:15am while watching crossfit hotshots workout.


Lunch: 1:15pm
Salad with chicken, cukes, carrots, apple and pepperoni 
Balsamic vinegar & EVOO
Two scoops kimchi
I had broccoli in the picture but I was you full so I'll save it for dinner.

Three dates at 3!
Handful of apple chips at 4!

Dinner: 6:30pm
Pork with guac
Sweet potatoes 
Broccoli, asparagus and green beans 

Anticipating a coconut smoothie tonight. Carb loading before tomorrow's WOD. 

Two paleo pickles and two dates at 7:30. C is cutting up some pineapple now to be fridges for tomorrow. Fruit is always so much better cold. Thanks for the paleo pickles boo!
