Day Forty One 9/21/13

Breakfast: 9am
Vanilla bean paleo pancakes with berry compote 
Five slices bacon each 

Snack before gym:
Two scoops coco pb
Coconut smoothie with kale and spinach 
Creatine mixed in
Smoothie was pretty good. Couldn't taste the kale or spinach. 

Had a berry kit bar while lifting at the gym. Tried Justin's maple almond butter with some banana after. C shared it with me.

Dinner at PF Changs at 6:30pm
I had sweet and sour pork with white rice 

C got Korean BBQ chicken

All gone

Got froyo after. Ate mine around 7:30pm.
So worth it.
I had thin mint cookie mixed swirled with white chocolate
vanilla bean 
white peach
Toppings: brownie bites, cookie dough pieces, butterfinger and strawberry & mango boba 

Had two fortune cookies (super stale) and some apple chips during the fight. Annoyed that it kept kicking us off. We watched Shark Tank while waiting for Bones Jones.
